Legal practice as the core activity of NAFCO-Consultants is in the hands of highly qualified specialists in tax and commercial consulting with extensive successful experience in legal support of disputes in arbitration and general courts at various levels.

1.     Tax Law.

-        tax advice including assessing tax risks in transactions and/or corporate activities;

-        consulting in tax and accounting procedures including in the wholesale and retail electric power market;

-        consulting in interpretation of tax legislation for its further use in defining tax liability including under contracts in the wholesale and retail electric power market;

-        advice on lawfulness of tax authorities’ requests (to submit documents, to eliminate tax law violations, to stop using tax benefits, etc.), their omissions and decisions;

-        representation of clients in tax authorities including during tax audit and other forms of tax control;

-        appealing decisions of tax authorities in a higher tax authority including preparation of any required documents (objections to a tax audit report, explanations, petitions of appeal, complaints against an effective tax decision, petitions to cancel injunctive remedies, petitions to replace injunctive remedies, to suspend collection and other documents);

-        judicial appeals against acts and/or decisions of tax authorities, preparation of any documents required to a tax payer;
