1.      International law advice and legal support of international transactions:

-          Analysis of certain aspects of current foreign laws, preparation of legal opinions on foreign tax, civil and corporate laws.

-          Legal support of creating companies in foreign jurisdictions, registration of amendments to constitutional documents, reorganization of companies. 

-          Developing optimum mechanisms for creating / reorganizing businesses and holding companies subject to tax planning and increasing cash flow.

-          Legal review of transactions with companies incorporated in foreign jurisdictions or regulated by foreign law. 

-          Participation in structuring transactions, legal support of transactions at all stages including M&A transactions. Representation of clients in negotiating shareholder agreements.

-          Drafting contracts, drafting amendments and modifications of agreements with companies in foreign jurisdictions.  Contract administration.
