-        consulting in application of civil laws, electric power industry laws, regulations and agreements on joining the wholesale market mercantile system due to a company’s activities in the wholesale electric power market to define court prospects in case of judicial proceedings and/or to prevent the risk of unfavorable property consequences;

-        consulting in purchase and sale agreements for electric power and capacity in the free market, in the deviation sector, peculiarities of tax calculation and payment under such agreements;

-        advice on pricing and financial settlement system in the wholesale electric power market (regulated market, free market, deviation market);

-        consulting and preparation of reports and/or recommendations for complex/disputable questions in corporate activities and/or transactions (signing contracts) including inspection of submitted documents, legal research, court/arbitration practice analysis, establishing a legal position, assessing legal risks and judicial prospects;
